Treatments

We provide evidence based physiotherapy treatment, soft tissue massage, as well as private home office Ergonomic Assessments that meet the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regulations 2007 requirements. All Physiotherapy treatments are recoverable on Health Insurance Policies.

Physiotherapy

Private physiotherapy 45 minutes sessions which include injury assessment, diagnosis and treatment - €65, recoverable on all Health Insurance policies.

Sport / Deep Tissue Massage

Soft tissue treatment, does not include injury assessment or diagnosis, used by athletes and active bodies to help reduce stress on tired muscles and improve sporting activity.

Leinster Senior League Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy for Leinster Senior League players as per the league insurance scheme.

VDU / DSE Ergonomic Assessment

Assessment and advice around your ideal home office set up, guidance provided on equipment recommendations and fully VDU / DSE Compliant.

Health Insurance

Physiotherapy appointments from Shore Physiotherapy are recoverable from all major health insurance providers, policy terms, and conditions apply to the number of sessions and value recoverable on your policy.
